i LOVE these. i saw this image on design for mankind last week and i’ve been a little obsessed with the idea every since. i want to go find a bunch of sticks and paint them and display them around my apartment. it looks easy enough to do, right??

Ooh I love these too! I just brought back a few bags full of driftwood I found while beach combing on a recent visit to Portland/Cape Elizabeth, Maine. I intend on making jewelry displays/holders (that I am certain I saw somewhere here on the FP blog), but I have so many that I will be trying this out too :)
