wednes-diy: mason jar chandelier

some DIY inspiration from wanderlust- a jar lantern chandelier! so beautiful. i did some hunting online and found some similar ideas that are so lovely…

i really love the idea of putting some sand in the bottom and dropping in a tea candle. i think that would be the perfect outdoor lighting at my family’s beach house.

OMG that looks awesome when lighted!!!

Wow, this looks amazing and easy to do! Love it!

so cute, wish I had that kind of initiative/creativity… it totally reminds me of an apartment therapy post from last week >>

I made a ba-jillion of these with beaded strands for my wedding last year. They were adorable and perfect for an upcycled wedding theme. I *love* that I was able to re-sell them to another couple interested in using them for their wedding as well. The love and beauty continue…

If you really want to have some diy fun with this, take a look at the diy sunjar tutorial here, combine the chandelier with the sunjar and now you have a maintenance (not to mention fire) free hybrid!

What a great idea for a wedding or any outside summer party. Thanks for sharing…

you can never have too many mason jars! :) I love the evening photo
