This past weekend I attended WXPN’s annual three-day music festival over in Wiggins Park Camden – The XPoNential Music Festival. It was a great time as always – despite the oppressive heat there was a nice breeze on the river and the amazing music made it well worth it! Highlights were Gary Clark Jr., and amazing guitar player from Austin, Sun Airway (who we just interviewed at Pitchfork!), Booker T., North Mississippi Allstars Duo and Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, who closed out Saturday night with a high-energy show. Getting there is part of the fun! We took the ferry over, which always provides really lovely views of the city from the Delaware River.
