Sadly that is the last of the September catalog behind the scenes, but next week I’ll have a sneak peek of the October book which is one of my favorites this year… can’t wait!
It is sad that Free People has nice clothing because their customer service supremely sucks! I have had problems every time I have ordered from them and their customer service people keep on lying to me! I am now waiting on an order I placed a week ago and the customer service is telling me it will be another 5 days! that is completely unacceptable! NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM FREE PEOPLE!!!!!! ps. you can find a lot of their stuff on other websites and ebay and you wont have to deal with the awful service!!!!!

When will the website be fixed? It has been acting funny for 2 day. Not showing reviews, not letting you select other colors on items, etc. (I’m using Firefox).
Cait – weird, i use firefox and its working fine but i will pass this along to the web team and see if there’s something going on!

Hey Cait – turns out you weren’t the only one having issues, there was a problem but it should be fixed now!
Thanks Julie, but it still seems to be having problems. The reviews do not show up and when you click to see another image of a product it opens it just as an image file.
