Snapshot: Laina Briedis

I’m pretty smitten with the work of Laina Briedis right now. Nature is the dominating presence in her photography, but people are often present as well, sometimes in small reminders like a hand here or shoe there, reminding us of our physical connection with nature and its importance to our existence. There’s a serenity to her photos that is so inviting, I wish I could live inside her little landscapes…
