As the months get warmer your skin needs a little tender loving care. Face masks are a perfect way to soothe and nourish your skin. They have vitamins and nutrients which make your face glow, filling it with happiness and beauty. Here are two simple DIY face masks that you can do easily at home.
Face Mask One:
For extra glowy skin use these ingredients – they will hydrate and firm your skin, leaving you feeling beautiful inside and out.
1 capsule of Vitamin E
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Heavy Cream
Honey is a great hydrator. You may be scared of its stickiness, but mixing it with heavy cream will take a lot of that away. Vitamin E has great healing properties; and heavy cream contains lactate, which — believe it or not — is a great for mild exfoliation. Drain the content of the vitamin E capsule into a bowl, add the heavy cream and honey and mix together. Apply to face and leave on for 15-20 minutes, then rinse with warm water and feel the difference.
Face Mask Two:
This is a super hydration face mask which will help beat sun damage and aging. This mask is also great for nourishing your complexion, as bananas are a great source of vitamin C, B6 and manganese. Avocados are an excellent source of vitamin K, so it’ll also help with redness and dark under-eye circles.
½ Avocado, mashed
½ Banana, mashed
Mash the two together in a bowl and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to chill, then apply to face. Leave on for 20 minutes and feel how refreshed your face becomes.
