The weather dropped a little in Philly this week, but it didn’t stop us from getting out our summer dresses. This week lady-like dresses came out to play; flirty silhouettes danced around the office in a “you can’t dust the sunshine off my shoulders” kind of way.
The dresses all had a little vintage feel to them — whether it be 50’s inspired, 20’s empire line inspired or just plain fun with stripes and florals. This week was a dresses week!

That tank knotted over the maxi is ingenious! That’s a look smaller chested girls have to copy now!
All the dresses are really cute on their respective girls, however, I think the maxi (while styled well) is a bit long especially for an office look. I love the black and white patterened dress in the second pic; it’s really great looking.
