Blogger Diary: San Francisco Day One!

I am so excited to be in San Francisco for Outside Lands 2012! Coming here always feels like coming home in a way, as memories come flooding back and nostalgia takes over. As soon as I arrived I went up to Corte Madera for our festival-prep store event. They had just finished putting up our Fall displays and they look amazing! We had Free People tote bags for people to stud and patch, as well as festival paint and nail art supplies. It was so much fun and made me even more excited for the weekend ahead! As I drove back downtown the infamous fog was rolling in, creating the most beautiful and dramatic view of the Golden Gate Bridge that took my breath away.  Before heading to my hotel I made a stop at Alamo Square, where I actually haven’t been since I used to live around the corner. The park and the Painted Ladies are just as beautiful as I remembered. :) Tomorrow is day one of the festival and I couldn’t be more excited – follow us on twitter and instagram for live coverage of the music and fashion!

P.S. If you’re in the San Francisco area and want to join in on the fun check out our festival style contest! Enter for a chance to win a spot for you and one guest to attend the top secret Rdio live show on Monday at Monarch in San Francisco.

I have one of those FP totes! I use it for everything!
I’ve never been to San Francisco, but everyone I know who has been there loves it!
It seems like a neat place!
