Color Palette Inspiration: Earth Tones

This time of year I always find myself itching to change up my home décor. Maybe it’s the weather change. Maybe it’s the notion of fall marking a new beginning, as it always has since I was little. Maybe I’m just bored. Whatever the reason, lately I’ve been finding myself less interested in frilly, feminine décor in every shade of white imaginable, and much more so in raw, natural wood and earthy color tones. I’m mixing in forest greens, natural browns, and neutral tans to achieve an atmosphere that truly matches the way I’m feeling. Here’s my earth tone color palette inspiration for the month of October:
