Monday Quote: Break The Rules

I’ve always loved this quote…it reminds me of something my mom used to say. She used to tell us that when we were doing something, to make it hurt – to put in every ounce of effort we had, even if it hurt, because then you know you really gave it your all. It’s something I have carried with me my whole life, and this quote reminds me that even with things like love and laughter, to just let go and give 100% of yourself. It’s the only way to really go through life without regret.
