Travel Lust: LA

There’s more to LA than meets the eye, it’s vintage fashion scene and holistic way of living is booming. I’m excited to head there this weekend to explore the City of Angles down to it’s very core. I’m heading there with our buyers for a research trip and to create features that will be coming to our blog in the next couple of months.

We will be staying in West Hollywood at the Chamberlain Hotel exploring laurel canyon, echo park and the famous Rosebowl Flea Market capturing street style and photographing our journey along the way. The LA way of life has always intrigued beyond the celebrity gossip, red-carpet glamor and  high end boutiques.

Stay tuned for a photo diary next week!

Echo Park is the best little pocket of LA! Here are my recommendations :)…Elysian Park for beautiful hikes with breathtaking views of the downtown skyline (less crowded and more green than Griffith Park). Chango for coffee and people-watching, Mowhawk Bend for the largest assortment of beers on the Eastside (think Yard House for hipsters)… and of course Tavin boutique-you won’t find a better curated vintage boutique. Have a great trip!!
