I love eating so very much, and I love to make my own food as well, but I’m certainly not one for complicated recipes. This rice incredibly easy to make — and equally as delicious. I came up with this recipe one night last week when I was feeling (slightly) adventurous, and I was blown away at how delicious it came out!
Feel free to play around with the amounts of every ingredient to get it to taste the way you like!
Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked black rice
1 3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1.In a medium saucepan, bring water and rice to a boil.
2. Cover with a lid, reduce heat to low simmer, and cook for 25 minutes.
3. Add in coconut oil, milk, and agave nectar, and continue to simmer until rice reaches your desired consistency, about 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove from eat, stir in cilantro, and enjoy!
Simple & delicious. What would you add to this recipe?

Red curry, turmeric, and nigella seed
wonderful put up, very informative. I ponder why the other
experts of this sector don’t understand this. You
should proceed your writing. I am sure, you’ve a great readers’ base already!
Black rice has a deep black color and usually turns deep purple when cooked. Plucked from the Poireiton variety, you can expect nothing but top-notch quality.
