I love ballet and actually take ballet classes every week. I’ve noticed that the movement is akin to yoga for me — meditative, focused, and brings a feeling of grace and length to my whole body.

The plie is the first step in any dance class. It warms and tones the muscles giving you a great strengthening and balancing excercise. Thanks for spreading the word!
