Strawberry Basil + Ricotta Breakfast Tartine

Strawberry Basil + Ricotta Breakfast Tartine
makes 2

2 thick slices multigrain bread

1/2 cup ricotta

1 tsp honey

6 oz strawberries, washed and sliced

4 leaves basil, cut into chiffonades

Toast slices of bread until crispy. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk honey into ricotta until the mixture is light and airy. Divide ricotta between warm toast slices and top with strawberries and basil. Enjoy!
