“Beauty beyond imagination.”
It’s the only thing that I can think of when trying to describe my time spent exploring the regal Grand Teton range in Wyoming. My boyfriend and I, having never been, spent two full days adventuring through the rugged landscape. We awoke before sunrise to catch the light as it first appeared in the sky, casting gold rays on the meadows and waking the wildlife. The chilly mornings effortlessly evolved into crisp fall afternoons as we hiked to secret lakes hiding among the trees. We ate our packed lunches at the base of Upper Falls as the spray gently hit our faces. Our evenings were spent overlooking Snake River, once made famous by an Ansel Adams photograph. The skies were a magnificent bright pink and soft blue as the sun went down, the curvy river glistening in the mountain’s shadow beneath us. As the sun dipped below the horizon, it seemed as though stars appeared out of nowhere against the now black sky. I have never seen stars shine so bright. We climbed on top of our car and curled up under blankets to stare at the night sky. A perfect way to end a perfect day; beauty beyond imagination.

As soon as saw those majestic jagged mountains I knew where you were. I lived in MT for 6 years and those still stayed my favorites. I many camping trips up in the mountains for weeks at a time living on Cutthroat trout. That is the most beautiful part of Wyoming I believe.
Incredible pictures and lovely writing!
Really lovely photographs. Time is best spent exploring and breathing the wild air.

Will you all be posting the november calendar soon? My wall feels so bare without it ):
These photos are so beautiful. I recently traveled the Angeles Crest Hwy and some of the sites I saw reminded me of a Free People catalog. Just beautiful, peaceful and full of life.
