It’s the first weekend of 2015, and what better way to use this time than for reflection and refreshment?
I’m cleaning up, throwing out, and setting aside a few hours to check back in with myself. What is it that I want to accomplish in these next 365 days? What do I want to change? How am I going to do it?
One of my resolutions for the new year is to keep it simple — in life, and in style. I’ve always been drawn to an earthy color palette, but I want to embrace more monochromatic looks within that palette. In my opinion, dressing in one color from head to toe is striking, clean and fresh. And, rather than buying a lot, quality over quantity is something I’m going to live by in 2015. Timeless, comfortable pieces, that make me feel good and confident are what I’m on the hunt for.
I think 2015 is going to be a great year, and I’m excited to see what it has in store.

Pretty outfit! We are definitely living lives with so much stuff – I would love to cut down on my things. Also, those soft pants sound dreamy!
Warm Regards,

I love this outfit! And your hair is amazing. I feel like I’ve been growing it out forever but it’s not quite there yet. Comfy, soft pants are definitely something I need more of in my wardrobe – thanks for the inspiration!

I’m doing my best to cut out fast food and eat better. Also, adding breakfast to my morning routine even if I only have 5 minutes. I’ve thought about cleaning my closet out, but not sure I’m ready to do that just yet.
Love the look. Relaxed with purpose. That shield pendant is gorgeous!
