This post comes from our West Coast contributor, Tina!
Let’s travel two hours north of Los Angles to the Mojave Desert. Where the landscape becomes an art piece and you are but a vessel traveling through…
She is peace away from the city
She is where balance is found
She is an escape for those who seek to venture
A warm soul who envelopes your very being
She understands your hunger
She feeds your passions
She re-energizes the soul
She breathes fresh life into your tired spirit
She challenges you; to climb and to rise above
The very habits and fears that bound you
Let the rugged terrain teach you of the simplicities of overcoming
And the knowledge guide you to embrace the purity in life
Walk with her, do not run
For it is with time and with patience you allow yourself to grow to your freest state
Break the barrier
Like a rose ready to blossom
Let the desert sun nourish your seeds
And tear apart the bud that held you
Spread your petals far and wide
Anew , refreshed, revived
Radiate your light & shine on
In the midst of the desert, a rose is born.

LOVE the Embellished Slip, 100 Degree Dress, and gorgeous boots in the first picture! I feel like these pieces need to be a part of my wardrobe, you know the next time I’m wandering through the desert and everything.
xx
This is an amazing photo diary – I love all of the lace, sheer, and beading! So very pretty – and it looks awesome in contrast with all that rock!
Warm Regards,

Love! Anyone know what I should ask my hairdresser for if I want my virgin brunette hair dyed like the model wearing the Retro Print Swing Tunic?
That knock him down shirt dress is amazing! I need every color.

The word in your poem above is envelops not envelopes. It reads in the 4th line, A warm soul who envelopes your very being. Envelope is a noun and describes an object for mailing items, envelop is a verb describing something that wraps around you. Hard to get past the laughing to really follow your blog with that typo. Just fyi I know you’d want to change it asap.
Amazing shots like in magazine, pretty girls and pretty dresses. I’m feeling wonderful :)
Happy Holiday everyone.
Great amazing! Thanks
