It’s pretty incredible what these bodies of ours are capable of. Marathons, asanas, weekend runs, and after-work surf sessions… we were designed for amazing things, so it seems only natural that we should honor those abilities. Some of us may be more adept at hitting the pavement, some inclined to hike, or to walk, to ski, to lift, or to dance, yes, we all have our own unique abilities, and that may seem to divide us at times. But it’s the movement that’s important, because it is the movement that unites us.
However you move… lets move together.

love this!
It’s so invigorating to do a yoga class and breathe stretch and melt away the stress, or a run under the trees breathing in and out the fresh clean morning air clearing out the lungs. I feel so wonderfully renewed and energized and vibrantly alive when I have a solid workout. Thank you for encouraging such a healthy way of life!
