Raise Your Vibration With Essential Oils

Vibe /vīb/ noun: A person’s emotional state or the atmosphere of a place as communicated to and felt by others.

It is believed that positivity vibrates at high frequencies, and that negativity does so at low ones. When we’re operating at higher frequencies, our thoughts are clear; our minds, happy. We feel focused, confident, and at ease.

Sometimes an energy that isn’t necessarily our own may linger in a room after someone else has been there – or after a certain experience has occurred in that space. Have you ever entered a room and felt a sudden wave of sadness or discomfort for seemingly no reason at all? That’s all energy, my friends.

Essential oils are magical little tools that can be used both to clear negative energy in a space and to raise the vibration of the people within that space. Some of the best for this purpose are lavender, sage, lemongrass, jasmine, frankincense, patchouli, myrrh, cedarwood, juniper, and rose – the highest vibrating of all.

Mix a combination of these oils together with fresh water and witch hazel, and spritz on your body and throughout your home. Light incense made with these scents, too. Whenever you want to clear the energy of a room, be sure to open a window – this gives the negativity a way to exit the space.

I love the idea of saying a little mantra as you cleanse your space. Even thinking the words inside your head will do the trick. I learned this one here, and I love its powerful simplicity:

Even just looking at the words brings an immediate sense of calm over me.

So pay attention to your senses. Allow your intuitive nature to tell you when the energy of a space needs to be cleared. Whip up a creation filled with the highest vibrating essential oils and let positivity infiltrate your world.

I’m still not sure what vibration is exactly lol… :-) I use essential oils mainly because they smell nice. I don’t really believe they can do much else other than relax you and create a nice atmosphere in the house.

Essential Oils are some of the best things nature gave us. My favorites are sandalwood and rosemary oils. I am trying to find and collect information for all essential oils and I am seriously thinking to start growing some plants and start my own production. Each one of them can really be abeauty tonic

I fell in love with essential oils in general. There are so many ways to use them. My husband and I diffuse lavender every evening, I have several roller balls mixes I have made as well. Discovering EOs and all their uses have been a huge blessing to us. We chose to use Young Living’s Essential Oils over a year ago :)
