Picture this: You’ve just made it official, tying the knot with your beloved, surrounded by a collection of the people who mean the most to you in this world.
You make your grand entrance to the reception as you’re introduced for the first time as a union of two souls, and awaiting just ahead is your throne for the day. A special table just for the two of you, a much-needed bit of respite from the whirlwind of the months of planning that lead up to this day. Ensconced by vintage rattan, surrounded by a garland of the brightest, boldest blooms imaginable, you take the hand of the one you’ve just married, knowing the hours ahead will be filled with joy and music and some of the sweetest memories you’ll make in this lifetime.
Corinne Sebesta Sisti of Sebesta Design and Maggie Farrell of Maggpie Vintage Rentals are in the business of creating some of the most gorgeous floral design and event styling you’ll see out there. Separately, they’re two of the most talented women I’ve met so far in the Philadelphia wedding industry, but together they’re a hive of creativity, melding their individual passions for flowers and decor into a collaboration that sings. I recently had the pleasure of seeing Corinne and Maggie in action as they created a sweetheart table fit for the Free People bride. Using fresh flowers and greens and a set of incredible peacock chairs, the moment they made is one I wish I could take back in time for my own wedding.
