Our catalog team traveled to Paris and Stockholm to bring you this month’s catalog. Take a peek at what went down behind the scenes.
Four women grace the pages of this month’s catalog. All of them inspiring. All of them beautiful, inside and out. Caroline de Maigret, Toni Garrn, Miranda and Elektra of Say Lou Lou. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect group to represent October, a time when so many of us turn inward and reflect on ourselves and the world around us. Turn the pages of this month’s book and you’ll see look after covetable look paired up with personal drawings and notes straight from the models themselves. Models who really aren’t just models, but who are also making an impact in the world through music, art and charity.
But before we could bring them to you, the October book had to be made. And making it meant getting to the models themselves, which meant loading up our cameras and jetting off overseas to Paris and Stockholm. Life sure is tough sometimes. There’s no second-guessing when you find out just a few days in advance that you’ll be on set, in Paris, in just a few short days. You grab your bags, pack ’em up and go. And from the moment the plane touched down, my camera was clicking. Below, take a peek on-set with Toni, walk along the streets of Paris with Caroline, and go above the rooftops with Say Lou Lou, then be sure to grab your copy of our October catalog for even more inspiration!

Where is the white lace up sweater? Why isn’t there a link for that? I see it in black and burgundy but not the cream online. Will it become available later?
So excited for this fall at free people.

A DIY Blog
I enjoyed reading this but was hoping to hear more about the models who really aren’t just models, but who are also making an impact in the world through music, art and charity. It would be nice to have details on all the wonderful things they are doing.
