New Year, New You with CorePower Yoga, Week 2: Legs

Join us for week two of our video series with Ashley Rufo of CorePower Yoga!

January weekends were made for movement. A bright winter sun shining through your windows, your yoga mat beckoning you to linger awhile as you take the first deep breaths of your practice. Last week we shared the first video in our month-long series with CorePower Yoga, and today Ashley Rufo is back with another great workout sequence. Follow along to strengthen and tone legs using simple postures and poses sure to liven up your muscles and awaken your legs from their winter slumber.

I loved the videos, having only recently got into yoga with thanks to my wonderfull friend, Louisa, i find the whole thing fascinating and even though i’ve only been attending class a little over 4 weeks i can feel the improvement in my core strength. My partner seems to love it too and has commented how much better my legs are looking, so win win for us both haha xx
