Just when I thought I’d tried everything under the sun to clear my acne this Moringa tea has done wonders for me. I had only been using it for 2 weeks and drinking it twice a day when I started to see my face clear up and start to feel like new. I’m 36 yrs old and I am so happy I stumbled upon this amazing tea. I ordered mine on Amazon called “Kiva” and it has hardly any taste at all. A must try!!!

Please note that there is evidence that Moringa can induce abortions due to causing contractions in the uterus. Pregnant women should not, at any time, take Moringa.

Ways you can use Moringa:
One of the best forms to have Moringa is having it fresh. But since Moringa powder has a slight bitterness to it, not all people prefer having it fresh. So you can powder it and have it in luke-warm water. Also, you could have Moringa powder with rice which directly benefits as the vitamins and minerals are locked inside if prepared carefully. Therefore manufacturers take utmost care to not lose the nutrient value of Moringa during the preparation process.
The best way to reduce cholesterol and maximum Moringa benefits is by having a freshly brewed Moringa Tea. Kick start your mornings with a freshly brewed Moringa Tea and appreciate the good health. You can add lemon to enhance the taste of the freshly brewed tea. Moringa tea benefits include reduced cholesterol and also helps you to keep your weight in check by reducing unwanted fat. Moringa and weight loss go hand in hand. Shake hands with Moringa and see the change for yourself.
