We, along with many others, hold Erewhon in the highest esteem. For over 50 years, this independent and family-owned grocer has curated and personalized the path of many on their quest for wellness. Needless to say that we were floored to have the opportunity to work with them to highlight a few simple recipes that you can adopt into your own journeys, while giving yourself the perfect spring reset. Simple, with minimal yet clean and functional ingredients. Today we introduce the third recipe in our 4-part series – for the I-already-know-how-badly-I-will-love-this pistachio mint smoothie, revered for its high vitamin and mineral content and quick energy boost!

Pistachio Mint Energizer Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup coconut cream

1/2 cup coconut meat

1/4 cup cashews

1/4 cup pistachios

1 tbsp black sesame seeds

1 tbs cacao nibs

1 oz blue algae

1 oz chlorophyll

1 tsp mint 

1 tbs xylitol

Method:

Place all ingredients into blender. Add 2 cups ice. Blend on HIGH for 30 seconds. Garnish with mint!
