In the beginning of 2019, LAKA Living caught our attention, as founder Liz Smithers inspired us with her immersion of practicing all that she preaches. Needless to say, she continues to do so, and we thought what better way to show our admiration than with an extended series promoting their ADAPTED living. Together, we’ll touch on food, workouts and stories. But today, we’ll begin by sharing LAKA’s Coco Matcha Milkshake recipe, complete with matcha and their Adaptogenic Cookie Drip.

LAKA’s mission is simple: to make the process of becoming Adapted taste good and flow seamlessly into your already high-vibe routine. So without further ado, let’s get started:

Coco Matcha Milkshake

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana OR ½ frozen avocado

½ cup fresh coconut milk

½ – 1 cup fresh macadamia milk

2 dates

1 tsp LAKA Living Matcha

2 tbsp LAKA Living Adaptogenic Cookie Drip

1 tbsp tocotrienols (optional)

Method:

Add all ingredients to a blender and mix well. Pour and serve!
