Wellness Edit with Our Assistant Events Manager

Our all-around good vibing resident mystic shares six of the wellness products that she can’t go a day without…

Undereye Depuffing Crystals:

If you’re into gua sha facials like I am, this is a must-have addition to your skincare routine. Mine is in the fridge to keep it cold! I use it to gently massage under my eyes (after applying my Pai face oil) in the mornings — great for de-puffing, feels amazing and soothing.

CBD Sore Muscle Balm:

I LOVE this CBD balm. It has a nice melt-in-your-hand texture without the strong scent of others I have tried. I used on my abdomen for cramps, and swollen lymph nodes when I got a cold. Within a few hours I was less swollen and felt less pain.

Immune-Boosting Nut Butter:

A great addition to a salad dressing or sauce if you want an adaptogenic pick-me-up, packed with nutrients and earthy flavors you can hide with other ingredients.

Ritual Hair Oil:

Okay I’m obsessed with this. I am a long time hair oil fanatic and this is by far the lightest, least oily of the hair oils I’ve ever tried. It doesn’t weigh my hair down, feels super moisturizing and smells soooo good. I love it!

Circulation-Boosting Dry Brush:

I’m officially hooked on dry brushing. It boosts blood circulation, detoxifies, and promotes lymph flow and drainage. I can feel my blood rushing instantly to the part of my body that’s being brushed. It’s also great for those of us with drier skin (great exfoliant).

Probiotic Deodorant:

I was extremely interested in this deodorant because of its pre- and probiotic properties. It smells really good, but I found that it didn’t work for me as well as my regular love: Ursa Major’s Hoppin’ Fresh Deodorant.
