Our trend this week is based around the color purple and the feeling that it gives you. One of my favorite colors is lilac, I love the softness and lightness it gives off, so when this trend launched I was more than happy to create a vignette of my favorite purple items online right now.
When I was young and Easter was approaching, I always looked forward to these little treats that we used to make and give to our friends and family. To this day, come March they are constantly on my mind. I find it hard not to make them! These simple, quick, and easy treats are fun and cheerful to make and will take up no time at all – all you need is shredded wheat, chocolate to melt, and mini eggs!

Ever since I started practicing yoga I have been aware of these energy points in my everyday life to help me feel balanced, healed, and open. If one of these energies is blocked, it can lead to an illness, so it’s important to understand what each chakra (energy point) means in order to keep the energy in your body flowing nicely.
