New Music Video We Love: Wild Belle “Another Girl”

Remember when music videos were a huge thing? Every time an artist released a single there would be a video to accompany it, giving you even more insight into the artist’s artistic vision. I can remember tuning in to MTV to watch music video premieres, full of anticipation.  These days artists do still make videos, but it’s no longer a “requirement,” and it’s rare that I see something that makes me actually want to sit and watch all the way through.  Leave it to Wild Belle to come along and make something so cool and beautiful that not only can I not look away, I can’t stop watching.  Read More

Our Fall Playlist: Contribute!

There’s a feeling that fall evokes unlike any other season. The crisp air brings about a feeling of freshness; of a new start. It’s a feeling filled with a little bit of wonder and mystery, too. I love fall dressing because the color palettes become a little darker and moodier, and outfits become more interesting with lots of layers.

Over the past few weeks, whenever I’ve heard a song that seemed to have that same fall vibe, I added it to a playlist I called “Falling”.

An Interview With Jade & Nora Of Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros

A couple of weeks ago when I attended the XPoNential Music Festival, I had the opportunity to interview Jade Castrinos and Nora Kirkpatrick of Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros. It was such an honor to talk to these two talented ladies, and they are both so incredibly sweet and fun to be around. Alex Ebert popped over at the end of the interview too, just in time to answer my last question and snap a photo of me with Jade and Nora. Read on for the interview and some more photos from their show that night! Read More
