On a daily basis, I have certain essentials that I need to carry with me all the time, it’s a mild OCD. I feel like my day is not complete without them. I believe most people have this trait, and I’m always curious to see what little things people like to carry along with them. The seven chakras are the energy centers in your body in which energy flows through. Ever since I started practicing yoga I have been aware of these energy points in my everyday life to help me feel balanced, healed, and open. If one of these energies is blocked, it can lead to an illness, so it’s important to understand what each chakra (energy point) means in order to keep the energy in your body flowing nicely.
I have always been intrigued and curious about meditation and how to actually master it and let all your thoughts run free. I’ve touched upon mild meditation briefly in my yoga class but I have never been fully successful at it.
