How about these eccentric designs by Jean-Charles de Castelbajac? I am so entertained by them! I think out of the six I would most like to wear the dollar-bill dress – though the Andy Warhol dress is pretty awesome as well. What do you guys think? These are some seriously over-the-top designs, but they sure are memorable!

paper heart press
I can’t get over the cute customizable kid’s party invitations that Paper Heart Press makes!
I won’t be turning 1 any time again, but I am tempted to get some of these for my next party, even though they’re supposed to be for kids! Too cute & clever! See more here.

marie antoinette
Um, holy cow! These limited edition Marie Antoinette heels by Christian Louboutin run a very steep $6,295.00! Only 36 pairs were made, all of which have already been purchased.
My question to you is, $6,000 aside, do you like them? Bleach Black, which is where I saw them, hates them. I’m not so sure about the ankle strap, or the yellow color really, but I love the purple and red trim going all around the edge. I love trim around the edges of shoes! What do you guys think?

awesome sliding house!
This is just amazing! A man in Suffolk UK built this incredible glass house, with a slide-over cover, for he and his wife to retire in… I would love to live here!

march catalog today!
Our newest catalog drops today! We’re super excited about this book and can’t wait to hear what you think. We shot it in a studio rather than on location, stripped it down and really focused on the models and the clothing and the styling.
Check out the photos online (or check your mailbox) and let us know what you think! Some “behind the scenes” info coming at you tomorrow, so check back then.
two-tone lips
I appreciate these two-tone lips created by Tom Pecheux for the Emanuel Ungaro show, but I’m not sure if I could pull this look off myself. I want to try it though! What do you guys think? Do you like the look? Would you wear it?

hearty cup
Aren’t these cups so cute? I just love them! Find them on MollaSpace.
…I wonder how hard it would be to make a similar cup except star-shaped? That would be really cool too!

the sketchbook project- tour!
Ever heard of The Sketchbook Project? It’s awesome! Something like 2,000 people from around the country signed up, and were sent a blank Moleskine sketchbook. The only instructions were to send the books back by Feb 15th, and fill them with “everyone we know.” Art House, which is a group dedicated to bringing art to the masses, is responsible for the creation and managing of the project. I think that is so cool! I only wish I would have known in time to participate! But maybe next time?
For now, the books that Art House got back are going on tour, and tonight they stop in Philadelphia! Head over to Chris’ Jazz Cafe at 1421 Sansom Street tonight for a chance to flip through all the books. The books will be making the rounds at a bunch of other cities as well; click here to see a list of all the places and dates! Below find just a few pages of the many many books – click here to see a gallery of the submissions!
