last week i was over in the area where our visual display team works on the amazing creations that you see in our stores, and i spotted boxes and boxes of these colorful little creatures…

Ah, I love the KoP store :] I have a similar question, too- what happens to the store displays? I would love to buy some of the decorations once they were no longer being used!

Love the butterflies.. so colorful, very cute! Can we have a DIY for them? I want to hang them all over my house.. =) And I had the same question as Gaby: what happens to the store displays? I would love to buy some of the decorations once they were no longer being used!

hi all! the wire frames for the butterflies were made in india. the more colorful, paper kites were bought in hong kong and then bleached here at the navy yard for a more aged, vintage look. unfortunately these wont be available for sale because we often reuse them! so glad you all like them :)

looks amazing! i remember one of the first anthropologies i visited was in wayne, pa. amazing anthro and this reminds me of it.
