First City Festival Fashion

This past weekend, music lovers flocked to the historic Monterey County Fairgrounds for the inaugural First City Festival.  With a carnival theme and acts like Beach House, MGMT, Passion Pit, and Modest Mouse, the first edition of this festival seems like it was a blast.  Fashion-wise, printed dresses, casual denim, and unique accessories were the go-to, and they’re giving us some great late-summer fashion inspiration! Here are some of our favorite looks, as captured by photographer Anna-Alexia Basile.  Stay tuned for music highlights tomorrow!

  1. I love this festival fashion! I’m just back from an amazing weekend of music at Reading festival (in the UK) so I’m in such a festival-y mood! The 8th photo down is my favouritexx

  2. I love all the outfits. I see so many different fashion eras (60s, 70s, 80s, and little bit of country) and I love that you can wear them so freely today. All the ladies look beautiful and great photos. Thank you for sharing!
