This past weekend was the first weekend we finally had hot weather and, of course, with the weather being so beautiful we tried to cram everything in we could. There’s a hidden place here in Philly that seems like a little oasis when the days are hot. You have to pinch yourself to believe it’s real. We headed there for the full day Saturday and let time slip away. On Sunday the Brookyln Flea finally made its way to the Piazza in Northern Liberties. Whenever I go to New York on the weekend I always head to this flea market and it never disappoints, so when I heard it was coming to Philly I was pretty excited. I found a few good finds and headed home to decorate my home with them. It was a great weekend — one of those weekends where you feel content when Monday morning raises its head, because you know you’ve had a good 2 days.
