There are only so many Saturdays and Sundays in our lifetimes, shouldn’t we make the most of them? Weekends are for exploring, doing, seeing, relaxing, and cultivating as much creativity as possible. It’s a time to reset, to forget any hardships that may have befallen you during the work week. They don’t always have to be fast-paced, but they should be savored.
Personally, I’m not a fan of sleeping in on my days off. I usually have a mile-long list of things I want to do and accomplish, so I’m up and out the door early, and on days like those, comfort is key. This weekend I’m off to do some much needed vintage hunting, so I’m planning to wear something simple — easy to move around in — but lovely nonetheless. An embellished top, easy jeans, and a beanie to cover my bedhead and I’m good to go, ready to take on my weekend to-do list.

The Things She Sees
This weekend I am going to a street fair to check out local artists and food and then taking my boyfriend to see his favorite football team play for his birthday. In the quiet hours of the weekend, I am going to relax, read, hike, and enjoy the wonderful fall weather that Ohio has been having.
