Apple Spice Smoothie Recipe

Fall food probably has the most distinctive flavors of any season.  This time of year, pumpkin, squash, apple, cinnamon, and nutmeg (to name a few), seem to take over your taste buds, popping up in dishes everywhere you look.  I love making smoothies and part of the reason why is that you can experiment so much with them, adding different combinations and testing out different flavors.  I was inspired by the change of seasons to try out an apple spice smoothie for fall — I swear it tastes just like apple pie, but it’s good for you! Get the recipe below — what’s your favorite smoothie to make in fall?

Oh, this looks tasty and healthy. I like to mix organic unfiltered apple juice with carrot juice in a blender with some grated ginger. Healthy!

This sounds yummy! I love to make green smoothies because you can use the greens to balance out the sugars in your smoothie. I’ve really been liking this one I posted a video of on my youtube channel. It’s honestly soo yummy and easy to make!
