Celebrate the last few days of summer by making each one count.
This weekend marks the end of summer in many people’s minds. It makes sense. After the long holiday break, school will go back into session – if it hasn’t already – and the temperature will begin its slow descent from hot and humid to bright and crisp but, in reality, we still have almost a month left of the official summer season. While fall may have already made its debut in our minds, I vote we take advantage of the 18 days we have left of summer and live it up. Hit the beach. Take a hike. Have a picnic. Soon enough we’ll be cursing twenty-degree days and snowy afternoons.
There’s no time like the present to make good on your summer bucket list and cross off the few things you haven’t yet accomplished. For me that includes learning to surf, hiking the Delaware Water Gap and finally taking a road trip. If you need a little inspiration, today I’m sharing ten summer must-dos to inspire you for the long weekend ahead. Check them out and be sure to share your own end of summer to-do list in the comments!
