It’s getting cold outside

But I still want to be sensual! When it gets cold out I usually live in the same outfit every single day… it consist of Skinny jeans, hoody, pea coat and warm boots.

This time around however I want to get a little creative with our lingerie, though – adding a little bit of cuteness to the everyday denims and sweaters. Here’re some looks that our stylist in the studio hellped us create in our studio the other day, we were in awe of all the delicate items so we decided to make them come to life by creating little outfit ideas!

Silky slips and velvet bralettes add a touchy/feely vibe to your winter wardrobe.

Not all items are online yet but will be pretty soon, I can’t wait!

the kitten story

guys, you have to check out our homepage right now.  i can’t get enough of it- i love everything about it, the model, the setting, and that cat (remember lily?). the model is sofija milosevic, who was photographed at an amazing home our team found in west philadelphia.  these photographs exude the perfect softness and ethereal atmosphere to lull me into a daydream… longing to curl up in a ball amongst blankets and pillows, just like a kitten.

CAT 2617

our photographer also got some shots of the house to share on the blog, because it really is breathtaking.  the home is located on spring garden street in an area of west philadelphia known as powelton village, a historic district with victorian style estates that were home to some of philly’s wealthiest residents back in the 19th century.

the current owners, andrew and brian, purchased the house 6 years ago and nearly gutted it to transform it into what you see in these images.  the decoration shows their love of 19th century design and antiques, with most pieces being inherited family castoffs and antique store finds. our team knew that the elegant, dreamy mood of the house would suit our kitten story perfectly.

fp loves…herno puffer jackets

i wanted to tell you guys a little bit more about these awesome herno puffer jackets we have right now!

herno was founded in italy in 1948 and originally specialized in men’s raincoats. over the years the company evolved to offer a women’s collection and in the last decade has conducted advanced research on performance – in their new range they are introducing high tech fabrics like polyamide to create high quality jackets that are a fusion of tradition and modernity. these are the ultimate winter jackets – not only will tthey keep  you dry and warm, they will last you for years and years.

we have two styles of herno jackets- the reversible down hoodie and the down blazer.  i especially love the reversible one because you can change it up with different looks! i hate winter but these jackets are almost making me look forward to snowy days and weekend ski trips… hanging at the lodge by a fire with a cup of hot chocolate.

i love how the jackets look paired with a body con skirt, over the knee socks and tall boots, or with skinny jeans and a flannel! here are some fp items i’d style them with:
