At nine o’clock each weekday morning, an empty building 25 slowly comes to life. Employees filter in through the front door, making their way to their desks with a coffee in hand and often a dog leash in the other. The peak of summer is evident in the vibrant hues and breezy fabrics that worker’s don in their daily outfits. There is an unspoken appreciation for the unique ensembles each individual puts together. Whether it’s a unique layering of one of our slips, or a new way to accessorize with skinny scarves, there is always an overflowing amount of style inspiration in the space.

One particularly stylish group of women walk down the first hall to settle into their space at the south end of the building. There are few people that don’t know the amazing girls that make up Free People’s Store and Web Merchandising team. Whether they are dreaming up next month’s trends, or planning new concepts for store displays across the country, the work they do is essential in keeping the Free People dream alive.
