creative block

and i learned something new! these little guys are on wheels :)
i am in love with these chairs… my apartment neeeeeds one :)

a bag for wanderlust

the wanderlust festival is this weekend! three days of music and yoga in the gorgeous squaw valley, california …could it get any better than that? here’s a selection of items that i would bring:
1. hill tribe embroidered bag; 2. spacedye mobius headband; 3. monrow vintage sweatpant; 4. heathered sporty bra; 5. bad turtle tee; 6. open up short sleeve crew neck; 7. we the free layered tee hoodie; 8. short sleeve scoop bodysuit; 9. we the free long sleeve bandana print; 10. desert boot.
a few of our fp girls will be there this weekend so hopefully i’ll have some pics for you next week!

a few of our fp girls attended the kings of leon concert at tinley park in chicago this past weekend and shared some photos for the blog! i love their outfits - i hope they didn’t have any incidents involving pigeons… :)

tunesday: grace potter & the nocturnals

i mentioned grace potter & the nocturnals the other week because they were one of the acts performing at the XPN music festival – but today i wanted to dedicate a whole post to them. i think grace potter is one of those musicians that you need to see live to really appreciate. she can really rock. i think she’s probably the only female musician around right now who could do justice to jefferson airplane’s “white rabbit.” check it out:

definitely agree that you have to see her live. i just saw her at Lilith Fair last month, and she was amazing. her energy is unbelievable. unfortunately, you can’t really get that same energy through a digital recording of a song. =/

texas trip
