Summer Cold Brew Bourbon Cocktail
makes 1 drink
1/4 oz simple syrup
2 oz bourbon
6 oz cold brew coffee
heavy cream to serve
In a cocktail shaker, combine simple syrup, bourbon and coffee. Fill shaker with ice and stir until mixture is thoroughly chilled. Pour into a rocks glass and top with heavy cream to serve. Enjoy!
