This may seem pretty basic, but learning how to properly do things is something I’ve been focusing on lately. It all started when I purchased my first fennel bulb (I usually used dried fennel seed), and realized I had absolutely no idea how to chop or prepare it. I started poking around for instructional videos on basic tasks, and I was fascinated. For example, the video at the link below will teach you how to properly prepare fresh rosemary for cooking (and cocktails!). Get lost in the instructional videos and learn a little something. Not a bad way to spend some time. (LEAF TV)
