Beautiful pieces! I am a bit obsessed with vintage clothing (thus my shop). I don't keep much for myself, but I did keep a gorgeous 60's bohemian quilted maxi dress by Lanz and a darling 70's boho/Hippie sheer floral sundress by Young Edwardian. Couldn't part with them if I tried. Vintage lingerie is also one of my obsessions. :) Gypsy Plunder Vintage

I travel quite frequently to New Mexico. As an artist, with my roots in Native American and anything natural, such as deer leather, shells, etc...I have always been drawn back to New Mexico. The Five Graces Inn has always been my favorite place to stay. In fact, I named my favorite necklace in my line after it:) It is steeped so deeply in colors and textures. ali you are amazing!!!!!!!

Staggeringly beautiful. As one collector of stories and threads to another - thank you for sharing Ali! If you ever have time (!) to write more pieces, it would be great to hear more about your first vintage pieces, what drew them to you, and how thy spoke to you? Developing that eye not just for cut, and colour, but seeing the potential in hidden gems, is so exciting; that thrill of knowing you have found something incredibly special. Something unique. Would love to hear more about your journey! xxx

I love the brushwork, but don't neccesarily relate to the picture. Would you consider offering the word-art for sale on it's own?

Great reminder especially for Mondays. Rest is what creativity thrives upon and is activated by. Thank you <3

My boyfriend Craig and I absolutely love Austin. Moved here in May, 2011 and bought a fixer-upper in Central Austin. I can't believe what it's worth now compared to when I bought it. But anyway, there is something for everyone in this town. So many people have moved here looking for work, over 110 people a day. Amazon is moving here too and creating hundreds of jobs. It's absolutely insane!!! Come on down.....
