I love creating mood boards - I spend way to much time on polyvore making digital ones - I don't have much wall space in my home so I have a giant journal that I'll paste things into - each spread with a different theme or color palate to inspire with.

What a great idea! Already planning the next (first) mood board for February. Thanks for the inspiration! Maybe there should be a hashtag on Instagram for this ;) x

Btw some reputable naturopathic doctors do suggest juicing, however that depends on your age, weight, and medical history! I highly suggest speaking to a nutritionist so they can set up a plan to start and wean you of on to whole foods. The juices do also have to be primarily veggies and very little fruit. Most fruits have low calories, but high acidity and sugars... i.e large crash.

I started snowboarding at 8 years old, and I absolutely hated it for the first three years. I started taking lessons from an older instructor there, and something clicked. Ten years later I absolutely love it. I love what you said about t the adrenaline Rush you get when flying down the mountain. I felt the exact same way when I learned jumps, and got real air for the first time. It's amazing! I've never heard anybody talk about "flow" though. However Im on the east side, maybe it's different where you're from.
Jen -Jan 22, 2015, 9:33PM
I love winter sports too!!! It's really best season for snowboarding!

I love how minimalistic this is. It still has the boho vibe but not a lot of layering, definitely going to try and incorporate into my style.

Does anyone know if this is anti-bacterial? Or what I can add to make it anti-bacterial?
Arik -Jan 29, 2015, 2:51PM
Do It Yourself I have often wasted huge amounts of money on getting my home electrical fittings fixed or washing machine fixed. Recently I was surprised to see my next door neighbor saving money by doing all his home renovations stuff by himself. He gave me few tips on how to Do your stuff by yourself, that is when I had a drain clog, I decided to do it by myself so first I googled and found out an easy way ( ) , instead of calling the plumber, I found an incredible tool that can save money, labor charge, and time. The tools name is Drain-FX, all you have to do is follow the step by step instruction in the package, and there you go in minutes your drain clog is removed, there are no toxins, and no waste of money. Here is the link to their site.
