Post image for Customize Your Carry-On With A DIY Luggage Tag

How many times have you found yourself standing in baggage claim, a parade of nearly identical black bags marching before you, completely bewildered as to which one belongs to you? Read more »

Amazing!
Lauren -Sep 24, 2014, 12:21PM
This is such a great idea! I will defiantly make this to help fins my bland luggage. This is such a time saver, and not one that looks incredibly ugly. This colorful bag tag will be stylish at the same time as being helpful. And the best part, it's not expensive, you make it yourself!

Yum. I love pineapple (and a lot of other fruit) spiked with a similar concoction called taijin. (In the southwest and mexico, it's common to eat fruit, cucumbers, and other vegetables with the stuff- it's really just a blend of chili powder, dehydrated lime juice, and salt).
Maïa -Sep 02, 2014, 9:56AM
This looks so delicious ! Pineapple is my favorit summer fruit ! So freshy and yummy ! I will try this soon x, Maïa www.wildandfolkheart.com

Post image for How to Pack The Perfect Carry On Bag

I’ve been traveling since before my memory even serves. Road trips and flights were a regular thing in my family, and for a while, a bag sat at the foot of my bed, always half-packed or half-unpacked, depending on how you looked at it. Read more »

Great ideas mentioned here! For me, lip balm is a must. And I always bring my toothbrush and a zip lock baggie with an old face cloth inside so I can freshen up during long hauls. I really liked the idea of a face spritzer, too! (Would TSA let you bring that on though?)
Eva -Aug 30, 2014, 3:38AM
Great tip! I always bring all of this stuff as well. Seconding what people said in the comments about lip moisturizer. I usually pack one that's in a tin so I can also use it for my hands if I need to. A little spray bottle with water (and maybe conditioner/coconut oil) is helpful to spray your face if you're feeling extra dry. http://magellanandpan.com

Stunning home, and beautiful interview. It was great to read about a south shore gal - I went to Bridgewater State and I too adore the MA shorelines & the Cape of course! The light blue trim on the house reminds me of the Cape :) After checking out her husband's furniture it's so obvious they are a match made in heaven - loved his stuff- very turn of the century. Love love love Warm Regards, Alexandra www.littlewildheart.com

Post image for The Benefits Of Eating Fossils

It’s true: I eat fossils every day.

I know you’re thinking, “Brigette. Girl. What are you talking about.” Allow me to introduce you to a little gold mine known as diatomaceous earth. Read more »

For those saying "WARNING DO NOT EAT" because it's 'poisonous' or 'dangerous' to us, know this. There are only references to it being dangerous when INHALED. NOT ingested. AND inhalation problems only occur with DE that contains Crystalline Silica. Amorphous silica, which is what food grade DE is mostly made of, Is not dangerous— even if iToday's common D.E. formulations are safer to use as they are predominantly made up of amorphous silica and contain little or no crystalline silica.nhaled for many many years. Food grade DE contains less than 1% crystalline silica, which is harmful if inhaled. Crystalline silica IS safe for ingestion, however it is unwise as it can be inhaled in the process.
Beka -Sep 03, 2014, 9:24AM
This stuff can seriously harm your digestive tract. DIATOMACEOUS EARTH IS A PESTICIDE! It works by cutting apart little insects like fleas. CUTTING THEM APART! This stuff can really hurt you & there are reports of people suffering from intestinal bleeding (as in pooping out blood slime) because they ate this pesticide. Did I also mention this pesticide is made of silica? You know, that ingredient you try so hard to avoid at the beauty counter? PLEASE DO NOT EAT THIS!

Using a homebrew application that is certainly freely readily available for the PSP it is possible to make the ultimate PSP wifi scanner. Because switches commit and dedicate connections between computers, packets is probably not found. I strongly suggest the Wi-Fire if you may need a better connection with an increase of range and the additional range of more networks to pick from. The best way to secure your wireless cable modem would be to put a password on it. Netgear wifi extender ip address When you use a public Wi-Fi, ask people around to tell you the name from the network and usually are not putting your device right into a mischief monger's hands.

Post image for Bananas + Oats: Meet The Easiest Cookies You’ll Ever Make

Maria - I'm so glad you enjoyed the recipe and that everyone liked the outcome! These are so versatile, you can really throw whatever you have lying around in them and they'll always be good. I'll definitely keep your suggestion in mind for future posts, I always love an easy recipe :)
Maria -Sep 07, 2014, 7:47PM
Thank you SO MUCH for this recipe. I work in a shelter for migrants and all of the food we get is donated, so we don't have the more expensive or exotic ingredients that are often listed in recipes on this site. Moreover, the cooking we have here is often really greasy and unhealthy, because that's what a tight budget can afford! Thanks for providing something delicious AND cheap -- I made them for the house and everyone loved them! Please post more recipes like this!
