Nothing excites and inspires us as much as learning about you, our readers, and what interests you. To that end, we’re asking all of our lovely readers to take five minutes and answer the quick survey below. This will help us learn more about you, and make our blog an even better place for you to come and get inspired. We look forward to hearing from you!
I’ve interviewed Caveman a couple of times now and I was so excited that they were at Outside Lands and that we got a chance to hang out for a bit. Read on for an interview with Caveman and to see photos from their Outside Lands show! Read more »

This week many of us girls here at Free People wore white – maybe we had the last light of summer on our mind and wanted to get the most of wearing this innocent colour before it gets a little breezy. Read more »
Today’s DIY is a fun and easy project that requires little supplies and results in some seriously adorable decorations that you can use in your home, for a party, or in our case, to make our office space prettier! Some of the world’s best creations were born out of ideas deemed impossible. Nothing has reminded me more of this lately than the video above. Two design students, Anna and Terese, seem to have not only made the impossible possible, but they’ve also made a giant leap forward in urban cycling safety. Watch until the end, and find yourself more inspired than you’ve been in months. If that’s, you know, possible. (BuzzFeed)
Another highlight for me at Outside Lands 2012 was on Saturday when I had the opportunity to talk with drummer Eric Slick of Dr. Dog before their Saturday evening show at the Panhandle Stage. I have been a big fan of them since their first album and they have grown tremendously since then to become one of the best bands to come out of Philly, while still maintaining their own unique identity and sound. In the opening moments of the interview we figured out that we actually grew up in the same neighborhood in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia – at the same time! They are currently touring in support of their latest album Be The Void, but I found out we don’t have much longer to wait before we get more new music from Dr. Dog! Read on for our chat with Eric at Outside Lands. Read more »
