I completely understand what you mean. I'm kind in the same point of life and I can't say I passed it already. But at least I have conscience of it and I know I can't let the bad fear decide. Good luck to you in this new path! :) http://www.loveandeverythingblog.com

Hello everyone, I have a question, Jessa Blades said "There are also a lot of new healthy lines out in the marketplace and great stores selling healthy products" do you have any idea what are those other healthy products in great stores? like some nice face powder? I surfed over her website and she has no face powder products, and it's what I use everyday :( plus, I entered the "Environmental Working Groups Skin Deep Database" as she recommended and found out that Neutrogena and Phycisians Formula (my basic brands) contain highly toxic ingredients, so now I'm all concerned and in need to find new healthy products soon. Thanks free people for this post! it's really interesting and informative. Post image for Free Your Mind: Confessions of a Restless Meditator

I love the "teepee" fort! I would love to make one of those. This app does make meditating super accessible, which I love. Another way I love to meditate for a quick fix is grounding. I share a couple other ways to meditate easily ~~~enjoy~~~https://liveindulge.com/2016/05/03/how-to-meditate-easily-effortlessly/
Lucie -May 02, 2016, 3:48AM
I tried Headspace at around December last year and it completely transformed my daily life too, for the better. I tend to stress over absolutely nothing (like making a phone call etc.) and this app really has helped me already on so many levels: fear of flying, better running, better focus and definitely less stress! The mind really is a muscle that needs care and training like any other. I bet your life on the West Coast must feel amazing! I just left London after living there for 6 years, and I am now on the coast of Portugal, an hour away from the capital and 2 min walk from the beach. Much. Better. Indeed.

This seems delicious. I love aspargus but they are very hard to find in here. I always have to buy it in conserve. =/ And to me nothing is wrong with a pile of vegetables with an egg on top. Actually, anything could be wrong with an egg on top. Ps. Where are these measuring cups from? Loved them! http://www.loveadneverythingblog.com

Thanks for the post, I really enjoyed it & identify with it 100%. I'm also one to ignore all the screaming signs of my body, mind sometimes even pushing through common sense to a point of major damage. I've learned my lesson with my last 'stunt' & dramatically changed my lifestyle, I incorporate meditation on a daily basis & love it, & for multitasking - well I just threw it out of the door. take care of those legs :-)
Katherine -Apr 29, 2016, 1:20PM
Julie! You should look into taking a Yin Yoga class. They consist of very slow-paced, deep stretches and are a great compliment to the "yang" practice of running. Thanks for this great post!

I love the article Joanna - noone should ever take anything for granted and often it helps to start with little changes for the people around you. After a long and exhausting day of work, my sister recently smiled at another person waiting at the traffic lights - he told her that she was the first person to smile at him all day and it just made his day. That's how you start it :)
