October Mood Board & Playlist
Each month I like to gather a collection of images that I love and put them up around my desk space or on a wall at my apartment. It’s always interesting to see the colors and imagery that my mind seeks at certain times of year, and I’ve decided that next year I want to take a snapshot of each collage and save them so that I can compile them at the end of the year. This month I am definitely gravitating towards black and white photography and a darker mood. Witchy women, deep gazes, earthy tones, and an overall moody feeling. Here’s my October mood board and a playlist of music I can’t get enough of right now! Read More

Paris vs New York, Which City Would You Chose?
Our October catalog was shot in both Paris and in a studio in New York. Paris has that romance, the elegance and a certain feeling that I admire so much. When I think of Paris I think of reading books in coffee shops, sitting outside a French restaurant in a big coat in the cold air, watching the elegant people in black and stripes stroll pass me. Solange’s New Video Is The Ultimate Mood Lifter
Whether it’s the catchiness of the song or the nostalgic beat, Solange’s new song “Losing You” is happily stuck in our heads. I love when artists take seemingly sad topics and put them to music that still manages to make you feel good. Read More
Style Inspiration: Our Moms
One thing I wish… that my mom had saved her wardrobe that she wore in her twenties. Whenever I see old photographs of her, what follows is “Mom why didn’t you save that?” I adore looking back at my mum’s style and find myself these days wearing things that are somewhat similar; High waisted vintage jeans, bohemian shirts, and old pea coats are all staples in my wardrobe now thanks to vintage stores. Book Club Meeting: The Alchemist, Final Post
The Alchemist is such a quick read, it seems like this book has just flown by! I really enjoyed diving back into the passages of this book and finding new meaning in them. This is definitely one of those books that stays with you long after you’ve turned the final page and even after years pass you may find yourself recalling certain quotes and thoughts and applying them to your life.
