By now you’ve probably all gotten your March catalogs, thumbed them through, and dog-eared your favorite looks. I know I have. And I have to say, I’ve never been more in the mood to set out on a voyage with a best friend and a suitcase full of amazing clothes. So which look would you all bring on your escape? Let us know what your favorite shot is! Read More

Details: Full Bloom
It’s not Spring just yet but the flowers are slowly creeping their way into our wardrobes, brightening up our latest catalog, our website, and of course our office! We can’t get enough of the floral trend; we love it from head to toe but we also love sprinkling it in little bits – a cute flower hairpiece here, some printed floral shoes there… check out some inspiration from around the office today of how we’re wearing florals… Read More
Style File: Retail Operations Coordinator
What I love about this week’s Style File is how natural and effortless she is. Her style is very laid back, and has a strong infusion of FP girl Lou (funny, Lou happens to be her pup’s name too). Her look is never over the top or flashy – just always put together and cute. She wears easy tees, and some fun statement pieces. It all comes together for a perfect “girl next door” kind of vibe. Paris Fashion Week from Be Frassy
Highlight of PFW so far has got to be the Sonia Rykiel (she is one of my all time favourite designers) . The clothes, the music and Sonia herself sitting front row (she stepped down from the brand, leaving it to her adorable daughter) made the show quite a performance. I’ve been busy shooting street-style for various projects keeping warm in a multitude of layers. Hit my favourite Paris bar, Le Pompom, where the Cobrasnake was going crazy on the DJ Decks. In a total un-fashion week spirit, I’ve been eating alot – using the fact that so many of my friends are in town as an excuse to dine at all my favourite restaurants. Tonight we are heading to the “This is New York” party at Le Regine, I’ll be wearing a lilac wig and some sort of velvet LBD. Read More
Paris Fashion Week from Be Frassy
Day 2 of Paris Fashion Week: started off feeling a little lethargic after a midnight escape to the Gareth Pugh afterparty on Wednesday. Hung out in the sporadic sunshine all day, wrapped up warm in layers of black leather. Read More

Office Style: Ginger
Ginger is our spicy FP girl. She loves body con dresses and sexy cutouts. We caught Ginger looks around the office, and couldn’t help but snap the shutter every time we saw the color red. The hue feels sexy and spot on Ginger. Read More
Free People in Vietnam: March Catalog Sneak Peek
For our March catalog, our team traveled across the globe to Vietnam, embarking on a journey that would take them on planes, boats and night trains, through rice fields and mountains and across ancient bridges, capturing it all on film as they went. It is one of my favorite catalogs to date – in every image there is so much to look at, from the colors and the clothes and beautiful models to the breathtaking landscape and atmosphere of Vietnam. You can feel the energy and joy one feels when traveling emanating from each page. We’ll have lots more to come from this book, shot by Joshua Allen and Thomas Northcut featuring Martha Hunt and Michele Ouellet, in the days ahead – here’s a little sneak peek!
Thursday Poll: Electric Lime
Moving into spring, the freshest color palette – the one that the entire fashion world is falling for – is proving to be neon. Amongst the electric hues, one in particular seems to stick out: lime. It’s that sour, half green, half yellow, heavy on the bright – shade. Add it into an outfit, and there’s an immediate zinggg. Which is your favorite FP item popping with the must-have hue? Read More
Paris Fashion Week from Be Frassy
Day One of PFW is a warm up for the sartorial marathon to come. It is the only “calm” day of the week- this means smaller, more intimate shows and longer periods of time between shows to relax and eat (or gulp down caffeine). Read More
Trend: Peter Pan Collars
With the introduction of our retro girl Molly we have gone Peter Pan collar crazy. The trend that derived from the 1900’s has come back around in a fun and girly way and we love the addition it makes to a neckline. Read More
