As far as your face breaking out. I went from cleansing with something from a dermatologist to honey and my face has never been clearer. Hair takes time to transition.

Post image for Nail Polish Shades For Spring

It’s that time of year. Winter is in full effect, but in my mind I’m dreaming of lightweight summer fabrics, pastel shades, and wide open beaches. The fashion world is buzzing with new trends, and we’re longing to bare a bit more, show some skin, and lighten up a little bit — but the cold winter winds are telling us…not just yet. One way you can start to bring some spring into your look now, however, is with nail polish. Read more »

I am definitely a believer in these natural remedies. Another great one to add is elderberry extract, which is proven to reduce flu symptoms and the likes. Also, if you're interested, I have a great recipe for a morning detox drink, perfect for boosting immunity and flushing toxins. http://www.remedyrogues.com/morning-detox-drink/

Post image for How To Make All-Natural Solid Perfume

can I substitute coconut oil for the beeswax? I have for a few years now been making my own cologne/perfume and would love to give the solid form a try. I do know that by letting your mixture of essential oils sit in a dark place for a few weeks it will intensify the scent.
Jade -Jan 24, 2015, 7:37PM
Is it safe to use the metal lid from the makeshift boiler again for cooking foods with, even after the essential oils are added? I would like to try this at home but this has been making me question it...

Post image for Going No ‘Poo: Yea Or Nay?

No ‘Poo. It’s a term I’ve heard quite a bit on the internet — and one that’s always intrigued me, although I’ve never mustered up the courage to try it myself… until now. Maybe. Read more »

I've made a partial transition to no poo because of these posts. I have dry skin and Montreal winters are especially brutal on my scalp. After a day when I had to wear a hat because my dandruff was so bad it looked like it was snowing from my head I knew I had to look for alternatives. That was three months ago. Now I just use an apple cider rinse most showers. If my hair is really greasy (I work in a diner, it happens) I'll use cocoa powder mixed with cornstarch. Though I do cheat a little bit, since the cocoa powder can make my hair feel quite dry, I use a LUSH treatment to give it some moisture on a day to day basis. When I have over ripe avocados I mash one up with olive oil. There's a decent bit of pessimism through these comments.I think the thing people need to know, which is that the same thing isn't going to work for every type of hair. Fine, straight hair will need something different from coarse curly hair. The important thing is to keep trying until we find something that works. It takes time, but if for no other reason than financial, going no poo is much more practical than using commercial shampoos. Also on an evolutionary note, shampoos are a relatively modern concept. Our hair is much more used to a no-poo method than harsh sulfate filled shampoo. If no-poo isn't for you than you should try something like LiveClean or Organix, brands that don't contain sulfates or parabens.

My wife has been no poo for a year. I thought she was crazy until about a month into it I noticed her hair looked thicker. I no longer found her hair shedding all over the place. Her hair was amazing. She started out using baking soda every 4 days and rinsing with acv mixed with water. She purchased a boar bristle brush and brushed several times daily. She done this about 2 months. Now she just rinses with water once a week and her hair never looks oily. It is thicker and shiny. Occasionally she puts a few drops of cedarwood essential oil on the ends of her hair while it is damp. she told me to pass along rinse with cool water for better shine and stop using baking soda as soon as you can and just cleanse with water.

Cheap TAG Heuer Watches UK -Jun 10, 2014, 6:30AM
The Rolex Yacht-Master is absolutely the absolute watch.Cheap Rolex Watches There are alone a few drawbacks to the Rolex Yacht-Master because it is absolutely a absurd timepiece. We would like to see a altered brooch in abode of the accepted one that comes banal on all of the watches. It is a anatomic clasp, but it just does not feel athletic abundant for such a solid timepiece. You can alter the brooch on your own through the architect at a reasonable cost, but if you are already paying so abundant for a watch an added amount seems a bit unnecessary. The weight of this watch is absurd not to apprehension as it is absolutely abundant on your wrist abrogation you no agnosticism that it is there. Now we apperceive that is to be accepted from a watch that is fabricated of stainless steel, platinum and gold. It is aswell not meant as a dive watch, which we acquisition adverse back it has a lot of the appearance bare for a abundant dive watch and the amount is a little abrupt to accept to buy addition watch for a altered baptize sport.
