Hi there, I want to subscribe for this web site to obtain hottest updates, thus where can i do it please help out.
Nicole -Nov 02, 2014, 8:06AM
I am a red head and I have incredibly pale skin. I have never found a sunless tanner that doesn't turn me orange and leave me looking like a zebra! I am excited to try this but I have a few questions. If you wanted to keep the glow going should you apply every night (or will that build up too much color) or every 2-3 days? I am going on a vacation in the next few months and I would like to have a bit of color but my concern is, will I end up sweating it off in the hot weather and end up with streak marks in areas.

Lovely! Metallics are so great because they're versatile for casual or formal - and every season. The gold leaf detail would be beautiful on a maroon mani. Warm Regards, Alexandra www.littlewildheart.com

Love this. I'd enjoy seeing a post about the color oxblood (always makes me dream of fall) or of how to wear knee-high socks - I have a ton of them but for some reason feel a little uninspired about how to work them into my everyday wardrobe right now xoxo Sara http://www.restlessnomads.com

Post image for Natural Tips For Curly Hair

Curly hair is a beautiful thing. A beautiful thing that can sometimes have a mind of its own.Read More

Lauren -Jan 21, 2016, 9:53AM
So I have really long curly hair and sometimes I get frustrated with the hair closest to my roots. When I style it in the morning, I will use a product in my hair. So after I put the product, I scrunch it to help my curls, but the top layer near my roots it won't start curling until about 1/4 to 1/3 down my hair. So I'm asking is there any way to get that part of my hair. Do I have to go in and get my hair trimmed and layered? Please HELP!
Isabella -Dec 05, 2015, 5:19PM
Oh my gosh this will help so much with school and with me wearing my hair down more often thank you

I first learned of DE when flea treatments were not working on my cats. And it worked like a charm. Then I learned about how it kills bedbugs - so I dust my mattress & pillows with it before putting the covers on. Then I tried it as a facial exfoliant and was pleased with the glow. Then I went backpacking and saw I had worms. (We will leave it there) I read up about how to treat - lots of pumpkin seeds, pineapple, and DE. Cleared it up in a few days. Several months later, came back so I started a DE regimen of 1T/day for 10 days, then 10 days off for 3 months. In that time frame, I noticed my hair was growing faster, nails stronger. Complexion improved. (I take nutrition really seriously - already monitor biotin, A, etc for hair, skin, nails) I don't see a "regular" physician - but I ran it by a trusted pharmacist who knows more about "non-traditional/natural/holistic treatments". He said once it appeared the worms had cleared up, that he saw no problems with 2tsp/day - as long as I stayed hydrated (I drink 100oz water/day), had plenty of good fiber, and took breaks occasionally. I have been 95% organic, grain, dairy, processed food, refined sugar- free for 3 years. Lots of fermented foods and nutrient dense veggies, fruits, nuts, and grass-fed / pasture raised beef/chicken/eggs. Didn't think I had anything significant to "detox" from, other than the worms... some people taking it have claimed they had lots of side effects from cleaning things out. I just wonder if there is a benefit to taking it at a specific time of day (am vs pm) or multiple doses during the day.

Coconut oil is my #1 go to; It's my body moisturizer, my facial moisturizer, my makeup remover (seriously! it works wonders!).... I don't even wear any foundation or powder makeup anymore, and I get compliments on my skin all the time. It's nature's miracle! <3 dani http://blog.shopdisowned.com

Post image for 3 Ingredient Natural Hair Detangler

I have very long hair, and I suffer from tangled locks a lot more than not. But no matter what length your hair is, chances are you often encounter annoying tangles. Taking a brush to them sometimes won’t even do the trick, so that’s when you bring in a reinforcement– hair detangler.Read More

Don't normally post, but this made me a little angry. Tried it, spent $ on good ingredients, didn't work at all! Maybe too much water in your recipe? I may try it straight, without water; perhaps my hair is just very dry :(. Truly felt just as dry and tangly after applying, If not more!

Post image for Whipped Coconut Oil For Hair And Skin

We talk a lot about oils here on the Free People blog, and for good reason – they’re amazing for both your external and internal health. Personally, I’m a fan of coconut oil: I cook with it, slather it on my skin, rub it into the ends of my hair, and even add it to my coffee and tea.Read More

Yes! You're probably using wayy too much coconut oil in your hair. I use about a pin head amount. A tiny tiny bit and scrunch it through my wet hair and its amazing!
em -Sep 19, 2014, 12:43AM
I don't know one person who actually likes coconut oil in their hair…. it leaves grease spots every time i've tried but if anyone knows how to prevent this i would loooove to know!!!
