This recipe is brilliant, I used the flax eggs, replaced molasses with honey and coconut sugar with brown sugar as I didnt have the called-for ingredients. Absolutely delicious, moist cake.

Have finally tried this - fabulous!!! The nutmeg with apples and buckwheat give a great flavour!!! However it would stick to the baking dish - any tips to prevent that?

I think the banana bread takes 2 tsp of matcha! With 2 tbsp they came out very green. I'm calling them grinch bars.

I'm guessing you would have the same benefits from drinking the juice from sauerkraut...i've been trying to eat a lot more fermented vegetables as they are great for your digestion.
